4 years after surgery

I am about four - five years post surgery and have maintained my weight all this time. Lost a total of 130 lb. !!  Felt great, not many problems. Now though, I have put on about 20 lbs in the past 8 months, and am having a hard time getting it off. Any suggestions.  I am trying to limit my intake and have had problems with acid reflux,. I  have not been able to have the plastic surgery either, as the cost is so prohibitave, I have even checked into Costa Rica and Mexico,. Has anyone been out of the country to do this, are there even schools of Plastic Surgery that would do it cheaper.  Thanks for the help Bev

What surgery did you have?

always go back to the basics....think about what you did post op that worked and go back to that....up your water, protien, exercise.

I have heard that you do gain some back. Try to drink the water and pick up the exercise some..the holidays are really hard so maybe some will drop off this month. Phyllis
