Weight loss stand still

Hey, guys...

It has been a while since I've been around.  I have a concern...

I have been bouncing around between 206 and 210 for the last six weeks.  I was 213 in september and weigh 210 this morning...is my weight loss over?

My top weight was 270.

I'm positive that I'm not getting in as much structured protein (I no longer do my shakes) and NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING makes me sick.  I am scared to death that the weight that I have lost will return and that I will not ever reach the 170 pound goal that I set for myself.

At this point, I am the same size that I was in high school.  (I tried on my cotillion gown the a few weeks ago and it fits!!), but I still want to loose the 40 or more pounds to get to goal and stay there.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Ingrid

it is hard but try to stick with it til January. Track your water and food intake to see how much you are getting in protein and the amount of water. Increase your exercise ..all this might jump start it again. Good luck Phyllis

I think everyone goes through stalls now and then...and as time goes by the weight won't just fall off anymore.  Definately up your water....and get your protien in!

I have a different surgery than you, but my dietician told me when I have a long stall to go back to the basics.  Remember your diet in the beginning, loads of protein, and water.
