Yes Shelby you need to make sure that you get all of your water. Tf you think that you are not gettting all of your water remember that you can eat jello, sugar free popsicles and drink sugar free kool-aide this might even help with some change up. If you need some help remember that you can call me. I have posted some new pictures on my profile of my honey and his girls. Hug's Jeannie

Hi Shelby,  Congratulations on the 40 pounds gone. However, Jeannie and the doctor are right about your drinking. Since you are finding it hard to get all your water in, I have a suggestion that may help you.  One of my friends from long ago when I first had weight loss surgery suggested this to me when I was having a hard time getting my water in.. get 2  32 oz bottles.. she happened to use gatorade bottles, fill them up with water, and put them into the fridge.. that was her water for the day.. She kept one bottle out and poured a shot glass full , and drank that every 5 min all throughout the day, until she had emptied both bottles of water.. this helped her and it helped me tremendously the first few months when water consumption is hardest.. And like Jeannie said, you can always change it up, squeeze some lemon into your water, use the sugar free flavorings to flavor the water, crystal lite, sugar free popsicles, whatever it takes .. we don't want you having to be hospitalized , especially right here at Christmas..  Take care and Happy Holidays.
peachy hugs,
