MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!
If you are thinking of using Dr Duncan's office (he is one of only a few taking medicare and not charging up front costs) then you don't have to do most of the appointments in his office. You can use your own doctors and those referred by your primary care. Good luck and keep[ us all informed.

It all depends on how fast you get all of your paperwork in to Dr Duncan's office. Once my paperwork was in my surgery was scheduled for 6 weeks later but that was my choice. They wanted it to be a bit earlier but I had other things I needed to finish first. From the time of my seminar it actually took me almost a full year. But that was the fault of all the medicaid doctors I had to go to ( it took some time to get into their offices) and them getting their paperwork to me. I put that year to very good use though. I started attending support group meetings and developing a support system for after the surgery. Hope all of this helps you. Good luck and keep us all informed as to your progress.

Well you are going to have better luck in GA. I have been trying for 2 years to find a medicaid provider in FL after calling every FL surgyon I could get a number to and calling Medicaid there is no surgyon in FL that will accept Medicaid. So its a covered benifit with no one to preform it. I know how you feel, although if I could find somewhere anywhere in the states to have it low cost or paid for I would be there. 5 hours might seem far but it could well worth it if its free and it could save your life. Keep looking or concider the drive Good Luck and best of wishes!
