Lawrenceville Holiday Party/Support Group

Hello All!

This upcoming Saturday in Lawrenceville/Gwinnett, we will be having
our Holiday Party and Support Group Meeting. It will be at the same
place (Brunswick Zone Bowling Center), and the same time (Sat,
1:30pm). The dress will be casual, and you are invited to bring
family and friends. The structure will be half party/half support
group, and we will enjoy each other's company and them use the group
time to focus on and discuss the most likely topic, emotional eating
and dealing with "food pushers." Along with any other burning issues!

Everyone is invited to bring a dish that is a favorite "WLS-IMproved"
recipe, along with copies of the recipe! Tim said he will be
providing drinks and cups, so we just need to provide the nibbles.
(Part of our reason for bringing dishes and recipes is to provide
some ideas for what to bring to those parties and gathering we will
be going to this holiday season!)

Additionally, I JUST got in the December issue of the OH magazine,
and still have some copies of the Oct/Nov issue for those of you who
were not at last month's meeting.

I cannot wait to see you there!!

From the North: I-85 south to Pleasant Hill Rd. Turn left off exit
and continue to Lawrenceville Hwy. (Hwy 29) Turn left, bowling center
will be on the left.

From the South: I-85 north to Pleasant Hill Rd. Turn right off exit
and continue to Lawrenceville Hwy. (Hwy 29) Turn left, bowling center
will be on left.

From the East: I-285 north to Lawrenceville Hwy. (Hwy 29) continue to
bowling center past Pleasant Hill Rd. on the left.

From the West: Hwy 20 west to Hwy 29 (Lawrenceville Hwy) Turn left
and continue, bowling center will be on right past Ronald Reagan
Pkwy.
