Your INVITED TO JOIN!

         HELLO EVERYONE! I was wanting to invite everyone here on the GEORGIA BOARD to come and join us for a GATLINBURG 2008 GET TOGETHER.  I really had loads of fun last year when I went and met so many nice friends. I would like to see if there is anyone here on the GEORGIA BOARD that would like to come.  If you are inrested please contact me and lets get a head count.  Deposits has to be in by DECEMBER 15, 2007  Trip date is : March 27,28,29,30 .2008

What is "Gatlinburg 2008 Get Together"?  I looked on the Tennessee messageboard and didn't find anything.  Can you post some info or a website URL? Thanks. Sue

Here is the information as I know it: What: Gatlinburg FRIENDS get together. Where: http://www.sunsetcottage.com/index.html When: March 27-March 31 2008 Why: I don't know cuz we can I guess Ron has been in contact with the cabin company and has a list of cabins (2,4,5,6 & 7 bedroom cabins) he has been able to work with this company and get some of the fees waived and has been able to get this weekend of 5days/4nights at a VERY reasonable price right around $150-200 per person (I think this is what it was ). We have already started a list of people based on the attempts before to get this going and have been almost able to fill 3 cabins.... The cabin heads are: Cabin #1 Ron (Full) Cabin #2 Sara S (Full) Cabin #3 Jeannie IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN GOING PLEASE LET RON V KNOW DO NOT CALL THEM DIRECTLY AND BOOK YOUR CABIN BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THE SAME DEALS. He is keep track of who is in what cabin and can tell you if there is room. There is a very good likelyhood that we will need to start a 4th cabin. We just need to know who is interested and if you want a room to yourself or if you are willing to share. We'd like to have the cabins taken care of and deposits made ASAP. If anyone is interested in being a cabin head let Ron know. This is the ONLY board I am posting this on so pass the word. EVERYONE is invited. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR THE WEBSITE UPDATE...
