Re-introduction for the newbies...

Been away from the board for awhile but decided that I needed to get involved again for the support and to return the support I have been given SO I figured I would introduce myself and hopefully some of the old crew will too.

I am Shree. I had RNY on April 27, 2005.

Pre-Op- 336 pounds
NOW- 140 pounds

All in all I am pleased with the surgery despite all the food issues etc. I have no doubt that this surgery saved my life in alot of ways. People ask all the time if I would do it over again and I would.

Hi Shree, Glad to see you on here. I am a newby and will be 4 months out November 9th. I have lost 84+ pounds since surgery and had to loose 100 before surgery. I was 550 at my highest wt and I know that my sweet surgeon, Dr Larry Hobson saved my life. I am feeling good and loving life more and more each day. I am discovering ME again .....glad to see ya......hope you are doing well. God Bless Ya......Renee

Hey there .....Good to ehar you are still haning in there.  Is the food issues any better? I have been doing good i think ...I have not weighed myself in a while but my 18 talls are getting big now i think.  Granted i can eat again so i have to becareful cause i do not want to be back in the 20 talls.  that is for sure ...... Enzo asked about you the other day.  Said you were doing good.   Laura

Food issues still the same, but I have learned to cope with it for the most part. Glad you are doing well...you and Taylor look so happy!! In the end ...THAT is what matters. Tell Enzo I said Hi and I miss him....I miss MB (how sad is THAT?!?!?). I miss ATL in general. We need to plan a dinner/lunch somewhere in between Conyers and Athens. Take Care. Shree
