Hi rcarson! So glad you found us. You will get some valuable information at this site. BTW you have the best doctor in the world to me. He did my lapband on June5. Are you attending the new support group in Waycross? When is your surgery? what kind of WLS are you having? Glad you are here and post anytime. Phyllis

 WELCOME

No surgery date as of yet. I plan on going to my 1st support group meeting in Waycross on the 15th of Nov. & my appts for the shrink & diet. is on the 16th, workshop weekend 17-18th. All is going so fast. Was told after I attend these next appts my paper work will be sent off to insurance and might be in as little as a week to 10 days. I know, Wow...that's fast. So if my calculations are right, I figure surgery could be as soon as around the first of Dec. So I am trying my best to do all I can to get this done....and done right.  I will keep you posted.  Sorry, forgot to tell you the type of surgery....I'm going for the  RNY gastric by-pass. Roxie
