REMINDER: Saturday Support Group- Gwinnett/Lawrenceville

I want to confirm that, YES!! all stages are welcome! Investigating,
waiting on a date, newly post-op, 2 years out, old-timers, etc.
Banders, RNY'ers, whoever.

Also, in addition to the samples I have said I will bring, I will be
bringing my trail mix I put together, along with my recipe. (PS; I
found an "easier" way to make it!!)

I also got another HUGE box of samples in, so I will need LOTS of
folks to come take all this off my hands LOL!

Additionally, as an OH accredited Leader, I also get FREE copied of
OH magazines to distribute to everyone. I ordered 25 copies, and
expect them to be delivered in the October/November timeframe.

Also, next month we will need to plan the holiday party for our
group. Sooo, LOTS of exciting things going on here! I hope to see
many of you there!!

From the South: I-85 north to Pleasant Hill Rd. Turn right off exit
and continue to Lawrenceville Hwy. (Hwy 29) Turn left, bowling center
will be on left.

From the East: I-285 north to Lawrenceville Hwy. (Hwy 29) continue to
bowling center past Pleasant Hill Rd. on the left.

From the West: Hwy 20 west to Hwy 29 (Lawrenceville Hwy) Turn left

Dangit!!!! I haven't been on the board in weeks. When is the next meeting. I am so glad it is one in my area. I live in Duluth.

So sorry you missed the September meeting,but never fear, the October one will be here before you know it! October 27th, to be exact!

The one this past Saturday was really great, we discussed Emotional Eating, had 10 people there, they were wonderful and very interactive, from all stages, even a pre-op, and it was great. I had lots of samples, even my "soon-to-be-famous!" Trail Mix.
