Jeremy, I want to say that it was nice to see you again. I really loved all the things that you shared with all of us. The information that you share really helps me and lets me know how important it is to remember that we much excerise and do all the things that we need to do. In my group with those that are unable to excerise at the start. I tell them that if you can move your legs and arms just a little this is a small form of excerise. So again THANK YOU so MUCH. Jeremy, I, for one, hope that it is not an entire year before we meet again. However, thank you for the valuable information that you gave at the seminar this weekend.
