Well, I've got medicare, and I have to go to the hospitals that they say. I found one in Atlanta.  When I finally for hold of them, they were not accepting new patients for atleast 6 mths. So, I got into to Cleveland Clinic. I think I will be ok, by God's grace I will be.  I tried to find someone closer, but they wanted me to pay for the letter they have to send to my insurance. I will not pay them for work they have to do anyway.  Wow, it seems like you are going to be busy. No, I have not found any groups, I really do not know how to go about finding one. I have a question... My doctor told me, I may want to get a compression garment to help my body so I mightnot need plastic surgery. Whatt do you think? I think I maybe a good idea. I found one online at, www.makemeheal.com . I do not have a date yet, but I'm going tomorrow to a pulomonologist and get my blood work done, so wehn I go on the sept. 12 I may get one......

hey I found a support group that meets at ft. Stewart and I found one in savannah today is monday sept.10th so the next support group at Ft. stewart is tuesday sept.11th I will get back with u on the time, and the one i found in savannah is thursday sept.20th, so if any of these dates will be good for u let me know.

The 20th. would be better, b/c I am leaving tonight for my apt. tomorrow. You may have to remind me about it... I might get my surgery date later this week or the first of next week.

My appointment went great. I'm juss waiting on the call for my pre-op appointment. I guess now it is really becoming a reality......

I got my surgery date. It's the 24 of October. OMG, it has become a reality and has sunk in now.... I am scared now..... lol... and happy at the sametime.,.....
