Wanting to put together a family friedly cookbook for WLS
Hey everyone, I have a 10, 7 and 1 year old. My biggest problem has been finding family friendly recipes and snack ideas. I am in the process of putting together a cookbook for other WLS patients and was looking for some new ideas. Let me know if you have a recipe or snack idea. Thanks!!!! Monica [email protected]

My support group put together a cookbook for a fundraiser and I'm be glad to discuss prices with you, or anyone else, thru private emails.
First, let me tell you its fairly expensive to publish a cookbook. We have 250 recipes and they each have nutritional values which was an added expense.
We have recipes for everything from soups and salads to desserts to cookies to main course to veggies and side dishes to beverages in our book. It was truly a labor of love and most recipes have been tried by the one guy in our group who loves to cook. The girls in the group have no problem with that since he invited us for a low carb/high protein dinner and we had a BLAST.
Let me know if you're interested in our book. The money is used to pay the insurance and taxes on a house I bought JUST for the purpose of holding meetings so we could have a free product exchange and a free clothing exchange.

Thanks for the offer, but what I am trying to do is just for fun and reference. I am more than happy to share the information that I get with whomever would like it. I will send them out via email to anyone who wants a copy, free of charge. Best of luck with what you are doing and once again thank you for the offer.
