I honestly cannot remember the last time I posted to the boards! I actually went to update my OH 'blog' and discovered I can't even find out where to do that any more /blush. Things have changed around here lol. I gave birth to Korey and seem to have permanently kept on 24 pounds :( I am stuck at 176 for the last 3 weeks or so and decided it is time to get off my butt and back to exercising so I started out walking today pushing Korey in the stroller.  Thanks for reading my ramblings and I hope to visit here more often now! I mostly lurk myself since something is haywire and I can only respond to posts and not start a new topic.  You are looking great and baby Korey is adorable!  I got out of the hospital last Wednesday after having gall bladder surgery.  Boyce took me to the e/r on Monday because I was having strange pains in my back and it turned out to be an infected gall bladder that was greatly enlarged and full of stones, so they took it out and I am still creeping a bit around the house.  Nurse Boyce won't let me do much, so I am getting a bit antsy.  We did run some errands yesterday to the post office, Kroger, and lunch at Chik-fil-A.  I came home, was a bit tired and took a 3 hour nap, so I guess I am not as ready to be back to normal as I would like to be.  I see the doctor for my post op check on August 15 and they told me to just take things easy until then, something I plan on doing.  I notice that as the "old folks" get further out they seem to disappear.  We haven't been to a get-together since the one September 2006.  It really would be nice to see everyone again.  Going to run now. Hugs, Janie

Yes, that would be great to see everyone again. I agree that the further you get out from surgery the more you lose touch with OH etc. I am glad to hear you got your gallbladder problems fixed - as my doctor once told me before surgery "I could pave my driveway with all the gallstones I have removed from WLS patients" So far I still have mine but who knows? Just take things easy while you heal up, ok ? :)  Later!

Hello!!!!  How have you been?  I think about you a lot.  Write me when you get a chance.  I would like to know how you are doing.  I'm sorry to hear about your gallbladder.  I have a sneaking suspicion I need mine removed, but I'm not looking into that until after the baby gets here.  :)  We should definitely try to get together sometimes.  I do miss all the "oldies".  :) Take care, and tell Boyce I said hello.

I don't get on here as much as I used to - and I rarely see any one from the "old time" (2+ years out or more) on here any more.   CONGRATS on the baby!  I'd love to see some pics!!!   We need to get together again....fi I could get in touch with some of the "oldies!" Dee Dee

Great to "see" you!  Congrats on the baby!  I'm pregnant with #2 due 11/2/07!  I have gained right around 30 pounds.  But, I'm not worrying about it too much....at least trying not to.

Kia, Congrats on your new lil one...was wondering how you were doing with him???  Yes, I do miss the 'old' gang...I cant believe it has been two years since my surgery, and how my life has changed !!!  I have completed Round 2 of my reconstructive surgery, and Round 3 is scheduled for August 17 !!!  Hopefully this will be last of any surgery for the near future....I am so ready for a 'real' vacation....it has been 3 years since I have had one of those...but that will need to wait until next year... If anyone decides to do a get together...please let me know...would love to see everyone again... Oh he is ADORABLE!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I know babies are so exciting! My hubby and I decided not to have another one. We tried for about 8 months, but no such luck. I guess it's God's way of saying my 2 are enough :) Which I am fine with. They keep me so busy with Cheerleading and soccer. Anyway!!! CONGRATS!  He sure is a Cutie Pie!!!
