where is Carrollton Georgia?

Hi ,my name is imanie.My brother has moved to carrollton Georgia.I am thinking about moving there.I am on medicaid,and I wanted to know if medicaid pays for the surgery out there. I am in desperate need to have this wls.If anyone know anything about the area,please let me know. [email protected]
