To the newbies - Hello To the Oldies - I'm back.  I will be moving back from Jacksonville, FL to Warner Robins, GA.  I so need you all.  What has been happening?  How is everyone?  Do you still have monthly meetings and dancing?  Email me.  (Why did we change this board/website to look like myspace?!  my son had to help me out, I will need assistance on setting it up now!)

Hello       I am currently in the process of attending the online training to become an Obesity Help certified support group leader. I should be fully certified by the end of August, at which time I will be locating a central location in Macon to have at least a monthly meeting, maybe twice a month if we grow large enough.    I would love to have you attend the meetings, add your knowledge, experiences, and share your needs and concerns with others.    The support group is open to anyone, from pre op to post op, and any surgeon's patient is welcome.    The Minimees in Warner Robins still have scheduled meetings at the Flint EMC building, but I don't believe that much participation is occurring at this time there.    Take care and if you have any questions, get back to me.

Darn, I haven't been here in forever, I come and look who I find!!  Hope all is well.  Do you already have a place?  You need to look us up.  We bought a new house last June, just put in a pool 2 weeks ago...come seim and lay out. :)

 I dont have a place yet to hold the meetings.. but hopefully will have that arranged this week . I am going to talk to the area hospitals and see if any of them will allow us to meet there once a month for now.. I am hoping to start the meetings in Sept.

Glad to have you coming back home.  We haven't been to a meeting since September 2006.  I really miss the gang, both old and new.  I mostly lurk nowadays.  I notice that the further out people get the less they are around.  I will be 2 years post op in October and am really guilty of being awol.   Hugs, Janie

man we have not had a monthly dinner in FOREVER ...and i really miss them .....man so much is goig on with everyone i think but you just do not know it since we are all out of touch ......well maybe once you are back we can all try to stick together and get this dinner thing back on a roll or osmething ...... Glad you are going to be coming back and i hope all is well with you...... Laura
