Warner Robins, GA

Are there any Lap Banders in the Warner-Robins area out there?  I'm scheduled for surgery with Dr. Finley Aug 1 and was wondrin' if there any other folks with the band.  Thx.

Well i love in Conyers but i am banded ...I got mine in Nov 06 and love it so far ...Weight loss is slow but it still comes off and that is all i care about.

That's good news.  Seems most folks love their band.  I hope to join you soon.  Where do you go to get your fills?  I think Conyers is kinda far from Warner-Robins.  I was kinda hoping to join a lapbanders support group here, guess I'll have to wait til more folks get their bands.  Thanks for replying.

Hi! I'm from Byron, and I'm hoping to have lap band surgery around the 2nd week of November.  I'm attending a seminar August 1 in Duluth, GA. with Dr. Christopher Hart.  Maybe we could support each other.  I've searched this GA board and most everyone I've seen on here has had RNY.  I just feel that the band would be a better choice for me. Hey Mary, Did you see what Gina Landers posted?  She is wanting to start a support group in Macon.  Not sure on details....not sure if it's for all WLS or just RNY.  I might be interested, and maybe she could rotate between WR & Macon. Heather
