DR DUNCANS OFFICE

I have just put in my paperwork for approval.  I am soooo excited. Apart from that I wanted to get feedback on the office staff at Dr Duncan's office and how smoothe or rough they have made the approval process.  This way I can skip the speed bumps and continue my smoothe ride down Losers Way. Things went smoothly for me, but I think things have changed.  I think just stay on top of them.  The more you "bug" them, the more you'll get done.  :)  congrats and good luck!  :)

Hi, I have a surgery date for the 13th of August, with the Duncan  group..Your last name starts with M, so your coordinator is really good..She answers your voicemail and is very through and helpful..Once she approves that you have all your paperwork, then it will go to the doctor for a clinical review, and once it is approved, you will get a call for the setup of your surgeons appointment, preop appointment, Endo appointment and surgery date..You generally get all of these at one time..... Congrats on your paperwork, and hope the process will go very smooth for you... Trisha

Trisha what is an endo? I want to thank everyone for your support.  I spoke to my Bariatric Coordinator and was told that my file is in clinical review.  She said she was pushing it through. Once again thanks for the support.

That is Endoscopy..It is a test that they put you to sleep for, that runs a lighted camera dow your esophgeous to see if there would be any problems with the surgery.....I have preop on the 24th of July and the Endo at the hospital on the 26th... Congrats that your chart is in clinical.That means you are almost there.. Trisha
