Went to first seminar!

Hi  Everybody,

   I'm very excited after going to my first WLS seminar Sat!    I liked Dr. Proctor, from Obesity Solutions in Gainesville alot.   I would have liked to have met their other doctor, Dr. Richard, too, but he wasn't there.  Even my husband was pleased with Dr. Proctor, and he is not convinced I should do this surgery.  I'm going for gastric bypass and he thinks the lapband would be better.     So now I have a ton of paperwork to fill out and will also be talking to my primary care doctor ASAP to make sure she is good with this whole thing.  Not to mention calling my insurance co. which I'm really dreading!       It's an exciting and scary time!    Hope you all have a good week.                                                                  Bonnie

Hi Bonnie, I just LOVE Dr Richard and the entire staff. You are in good hands with either one of the Drs. Both do the Gastric Bypass but only Dr Richard does lap-band. Actually before I even knew that I had chosen him while he was talking because he has such a calming demeaner.  Keep us posted on whats going on with you!
