i am 13 days out  and i feel really tired what can i do to get my energy back i am doing the protein but i feel like sleeping all day long please help

Hey Sherry,  That is normal for the first month at least...you will see as time goes you will get more strength.  Take it easy, your body is still trying to figure out what is going on. Erica

Drink your water, get your rest. Your body has ben through a lot. The zapped energy level is normal.

Go with the flow.  Make sure you get in all your water, vitamins, and protein and then let your body recouperate.  It has been through a lot and needs to get used to its new lease on life.  You might try really small walks, like to the mailbox or around your house, to try to build up some strength.  Go easy.  No one is expecting you to compete in a marathon for awhile yet.  Take care and keep us posted.
