Go with the flow. Make sure you get in all your water, vitamins, and protein and then let your body recouperate. It has been through a lot and needs to get used to its new lease on life. You might try really small walks, like to the mailbox or around your house, to try to build up some strength. Go easy. No one is expecting you to compete in a marathon for awhile yet.
