Support Group in Clayton County
Hi all,
Im fairly new to OH, and loving it so far, but hate that I just discovered it after gaining 30lbs since surgery November 2004. I have lost 125lbs though (Yeah!), but ready to loose the 30 plus 30 more. Which brings me to my question. Does anyone know of any support groups in the Jonesboro/Morrow or Clayton County areas in Georgia. I know of the Fulton county ones in Atlanta, but I prefer ones closer to home. Thanks to all *****ply.

Welcome Tyner,
Wanda seems to have covered it all. In Henry county the meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at the education building of Henry Medical Center @ 6:30 pm. In Rockdale county they are the 1st Wednesday of every month @ Rockdale Medical Center in the new wing classroom 2A/B @ 6pm. We are indeed having a social dinner that we would love to have you attend on the 11th of this month at the O'Charley's in Conyers at 6pm. If you go back a little further in the posts you will see on titled "Rockdale Medical Center" Please read it for further details. We do not have one scheduled yet for the upcoming month here in Henry / Clayton. Please let us know if and when we can expect to see you at one of our meeting and socials so we can be on the lookout for you. I personally look forward to meeting you. Our support group leader, Jeannie Armstrong, actually lives in Clayton county. Keep us posted.
