Friend needs Help

I have a friend who is a single mother..She is so grossley obese, that I amnd she fear for her life, and she is only 42 yrs old..She makes to much money for medicaid and not enough, for insurance, as she is a hairdresser, and also has a small parttime job also...And her credit is now shot after husband died, Is there anyone in Georgia that knows of a way for her to get the gastric by-pass surgery, pro bono.. I wondered if there is any teaching hospitals in Georgia that might do that , or give her the medical care she needs at greatly reduced rate? I am waiting for my date from DR. Well I"m not sure but I think that she may be able to apply for a loan with capital 1.They may help get her to check into this.I HOPE THIS HELPED.
