Can you attend although you have not had WLS?

Absolutely.  There are usually several pre op patients in attendance.  Hope to see you there.  there will be lots of information and probably samples there that will interest you.

You certainly can, this is open for anyone looking into surgery to having had surgery.  We hope you can make it.

Pat, Hi!!!  I got your message on Weds. but I managed to erase it.  I have been camping for a week on the St. Mary's River.  My first real camping trip EVER!!! Is that a big WOW or what?  And my first canoe ride EVER!!!  I had come back to town to go with my sister for a doctors appt.  She is trying to get lap band surgery and had her first appt. with the surgeon.  No way I was going to miss that!  But when I got home this afternoon and went to answer your email I discovered it was gone.  SO I am answering it here. I am going to try to convince my hubby that I need to go to this.  Money is a little tight right now and we have to go to VA in Oct. for my mother in law's 90th Birthday Party so have to see if I can afford to do both.  I sure Hope so!!!!  I have a sweet cousin in Douglasville and I know I could stay with her.  We haven't seen each other in almost two years so I could stay a few days extra just to be with her.  I know I probably will want to hang out with you guys too though so please if I don't see it keep me up to date on the date, hotel arrangements etc.   Look forward to hearing from you and seeing you again!   How are you doing?  I read you had a problem  last week.  I hope all is well with you!  Going to run along because I am tired out tonight.  We just got home this evening from our camping trip and there is a ton of work to do once you get home.  Especially if your hubby has been left alone in your kitchen for a week.  LOL!!!
