is there anyone having problems getting your paper work sent to insurance co.?

hello my name is Tyrhonda I am having alot problems with getting all my forms sent in to my insurance co.I have completed my packet everything has been cleared by doctors. My DR.will be Hobson I hope.

I am not sure what you mean by having troublegetting your forms sent in. You have completed everything in yur packet from Dr Duncan's office, right? Did you send it all to the doctors office at one time? Is the delay on the doctors end? I had the same surgeon and when I sent in my complete packet (all atonce) they submitted it and I was approved within a week. I would be glad to help in any way, if I can. i did not send all my papers in at once i have wellcare and i had to send in more paper work.i did talk to Lolitia today and she said that she would submit everything in today.so after i get approved what is my next step?

Wellcare is a form of  medicaid isn't it?  I also had medicaid although a different form.  I was approved in a very short time.  The nurse will call you and set up your last appointments.  They will include but are not limited to a preop with Dr Hobson (he is a great guy), preop testing (labs, talk with anesthesologist), and anything else they may deside upon.  It won't take very long at all.  Mine took 4 weeks but that was because I was being picky about which days I could come into the office.
