Medicare and Nutritional consult

Does anyone know of a nutritional consult , that excepts medicare?My Dr.s will be at the Peachtree bariatrics clinic, so I do not know yet who , either Dr. Hobson or Dr. Titus Duncan, will be doing the surgery.. Trisha

Your local Hospilal should except medicare and have a nutritionest on hand or you can go on line for medicare and find one in your area.

THanks Julie, I have followed up and found a registered nutrionist affliated with the Kennestone Hospital system, but I have to pay $92 up front, but it is worth it, to get all these consults out of the way.. I now have my primary care written approval, psch with Dr. Gary Santavicca for next week as well as my pulmonary clearence... So I should have all the consults out of the way before the siminar next Saturday.. I hope to get the endo after the paperwork is approved, and then the surgery.... How long did it take you?
