i did find a doctor in my state who will perform the r n y ,but im more intrested in the mini by pass, and im checking all states,near me so i can find out if there any doctors that will perform the mini an take my medicaid from my state,i was told by the medicaid that if the doctor excepts medicaid,i can go any where,,any any info will help ty tammy

Hi, Dr. Peraglie performs the Mini-Gastric Bypass in Davenport, FL. I am very happy with my results after a loss of 217 pounds! As for the Medicaid, I don't know anything about that part. You might want to check on CLOS.net and contact him to see. Sandy

I don't know anything about the mini but I can tell you that in the state of GA the only thing Medicaid does pay for is the RNY or so says the insurance paperwork we had. Good luck.
