i need help with letter

hello i need some help with a letter to appeal to tricare . they have approved my breast reduction but they turned down my tummy tuck and i dont understand why. it is a cover item but that they said that the review board said that there was not a need for this . i need a good appeal letter if anyone has one i would love to have some help with this ......help please.. my husband is in the navy and has been deployed to iraq .and has 90 day left before he comes home for good . i have lost 170 and feel great but now i have all this extra skin. help please.......thanks so much aimee
