I will let you know after next Thursday, May 10. My plastic surgeon is Dr Philip Nakano and his office is located on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Duluth...I am schedule for a lower body lift then....wooooooo whooooooo !!! I have been waiting for this since last fall, and now that tax season is finally over (I am a senior tax accountant)...I can finally get this thing done......but as my plastic surgeon, said there will be pain... In reading on the plastic surgery forum, you need to take your pain meds before the last ones completely wear off.... I really do like my plastic surgeon...he is also doing a revision on my BL/BA that he did last November when he does this surgery.... Hugs, Norma

Hi Norma, Thanks for responding. A lower body lift huh? ooooooow you are so brave. I really need a lower body lift alsonbut I am too chicken. I wish you all the best and hope you have great results. I am going to take a look at Dr Nakano to see if he could be right for me. How did you know of Dr. Nakano? Do you know others who he has worked on? Is your insurance paying (if you don't mind my asking) You will be in my thoughs and prayers for may 10. Again, Thank You

I heard him speak at a support group meeting for Obesitysolutions in Gainesville (Dr Proctor & Dr Richard)...a friend of mine used this group of doctors for her WLS. There are two doctors in this practice, but Dr Nakano is the one that works on bariatric patients... I had Dr Nakano do my BL/BA back in November and the 'girls' look great. I know of one other lady that he did her lower body lift. He also had a great before and after set of pictures, and they looked wonderful afterwards. I only hope that I look that great after mine... Now to insurance....I have an individual policy...so more than likely I will end up paying for all my plastic surgery...my insurance did not cover my WLS, so why would they cover the plastics...May submit claims this summer, just to see if they will cover any of it...just for the heck of it... Dr. Marisa Lawrence removed all my redundant skin and I love the results. If you go to her website I am the girl for the belt lift. www.cosmeticsurgery.cc. She is out of Atlanta. She will be doing the support group at North Fulton Regional Hospital on July 10th if you would like to go. The address is 11685 Alpharetta Hwy, Suite 165, Roswell, GA 30076. Her phone number is 404-303-7004. She is wonderful and I loved the fact that she was a women. Good Luck, Ginger
