Long overdo update

Sorry I have been absent for awhile. Just have not been getting on computer much lately. Back sliding. Surgery 21 December 2006- High Weight 404, Surgery day weight 402. (Dr. Dennis Smith, Duodenal Switch) Current Weight 315 pounds. I feel like I should be losing much more. Slowed down allot in past 3 weeks but my protien intake has been terrible and I have been eating too much carbs. So I am back on the wagon again and hoping for the magic 100 pound mark soon

GOOD LUCK! I new my surgery is may 7th with Dr. Hobson. You have to get your protien in and lots of water and low carbs. 100 mark is around the corner have faith. GOD BLESS JULIA
