Today I go to see my doctor for the first time to discuss lapband

Are there any questions I need to ask on this visit. I am so excited that my insurance as of 4/10/07 decided to cover lapband.. of course with several criterias first. I have had to cancel my appt with him several times due to different family emergencies but I refused to cancel this one for anything. I told everyone come hell or high water I was going to be at that doctors office at 10:30!
