How are you doing? I have been busy trying to get all these appointments set up. I have to go to my pcp Friday. I need referals for the Nut,and cardiologist ,I already have my lung dr. I will have to do a new nutricitionist. my old one was done in 2005. They told me that the paper work is only goo for a year.Oh Well. I am nervous about the whole thing now. I am scared too. I guess that is only natural. I was tickled to death to actually get to meet you.Talking on computers is just not as good as in person. I talked to Dr. Hobson after you left and he told me the same thing he told you. He is nice.So I am on my way. Take care Pat

Yes, I am going saturday to the lunch. I will have my kids with me. I thought we would be moving that day but we pushed that back some. So I hope you can make it. I know it is not as close to where you live, but it should be a really nice time. Take care, Candy

Hey Pat, I am doing quite well, thank you. I think the weight is starting to melt away. I got to start soft solid foods today and went out for tilapia with another member of OH. We also went on a walk and I made it 3/4 MI. Cool isn't it? I never thought I could have done it. You are so going to love this surgery. We are having an informal late lunch/early dinner this Saturday the 21st in McDonough. Do you think you and your husband might be able to come? I tell you that meeting others in the same boat as I am and actually eating with them was both informative and a social relief. NO ONE thought of me as big or out of place. Please see if you can arrange it. We meet at the Logan's Steakhouse on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough (I75 exit 221). I would so love to see you and Candy will be there too. I also wanted to ask about tha****er you told me about. Is there a chance it was called "life water" by Sobe? If it is you won't be able to drink it after surgery. It has a very high sugar content. Hi Pat, Glad you are doing so good. I can't imagine being able to walk 3/4 mi. That is so wonderful. I do good to walk 20 ft. Can't wait until I get there. I The water I was telling you about has went up in price it started out at 2.88 now it is almost 4.00 for a six pack. but I do like it .The name of it is Aqufina Alive.It says wellness water.It is vitamin inhanced and comes in different flavors.It has 2g of sugar per8oz.You can buy individual bottles. I would try one before you buy. I like it but you may not. I don't know about lunch yet .Can I get back to you later on this. I would like to come if I can. Take care Pat

Sure Pat, you can get back with me on the dinner, but promise me you will really try. I truely do feel the need to see you again. I think that we could have been sisters in another time. I checked my Publix and they did not carry the aquafina alive. I will have to check at Kroger but my Kroger is under construction and they are low on everything, that is if you can find anything.
