My son & I have tried several, several times to do this -- but the picture will not appear in profile, only in the reg. pictures box. We've read the help page and still cannot get it to work. Did anyone else have a hard time?

I couldn't get my pic to upload because it wasn't linked to a URL. I finally just went to the "customize profile" section and selected "change avatar" and was able to upload a pic straight from my C drive.
