Gaining and need support!
Hi All,
I know I have been missing in action and I apologizee for that. Life has kicked into high gear and things are really crazy. Lots of stress and I have apparently fallen into some bad habits again. Last time I got on the scale I had gained like 12 pounds
(hadn't been on a scale in like four months). I know there is a diet out there to get myself back on track. Does anyone have details?

I am also interested in your diet to get you back on track. Try to weigh yourself once a week no matter what to get yourself out of denial.
Are you coming to the OH conference in Orlando. They are great motivators and sometimes give you the kick in the pants that we all need from time to time. I will be there. I hope to see you there as well.
