Cali member here checking out Georgia.......

Hey everyone! I'm from No. Cali (Bay area) and I have my psych evaluation next month. After I receive surgery, I plan on moving to the Atlanta area. Any advice???? How can I get a decent paying job etc? Is temp agencies the way out there?

Hi Mechelle, I too an a Cali transplant also from the Bay (Richmond, Antioch a little of everywhere). Finding a job here is much easier then it is there. Check out AJCjobs.com you can get an idea of the different things that are out there. Have you decided what area you plan to move to in Atlanta(if you ask anyone just about anywhere you go you are in Atlanta...you'll see what I mean when you get here.) If you want a job out of the shoot try Kroger or Pulix(both are grocery stores) they usually hire right on the spot(if you go to the midtown area let me know my mom is the AA at the one(Kroger) on Monroe Drive and I can give her a heads up) You will miss the ocean. That is the only thing that I truely miss about California. You will not believe how much cheaper things are on this side of the country.
