Broken Hearted

I am a huge advocate of the "protein shake" and have enjoyed a particular brand for 4 months now.. Sport Pharma which i have been buying at Sams, I wnt to Sams tonight however, and they don't carry it. Aughhhhhhhh, I had to go to GNC and buy their designer Whey... It's ok, but not the same... I tried Unjury last week and didn't really care for the chocolate... So now I'll have to grin and bear this until I can get used to it, or find another that tastes better. Any suggestions...? The scale started moving again this week, two pounds in two days! whoohoo

Can you buy Sport Pharma online? I use Myogenesis, and it is really good. I just searched SportPharma on Google, and it looks like there are a lot of places that sell it online. Good luck.

Judy when we get together I have lots of samples that I'm gonna take to the support group. (puddings, soups, smoothies, drinks, bars, ect....) my cell is 706-799-8322 best time to reach me is between 11 and 12:30 (my planning period) The scales starteed moving for me also..... increased protein and exercise.
