WLS RETREAT TO BE HELD IN NASHVILLE, TN IN JULY

In July 2007, we will be hosting an awesome weight loss retreat in Nashville. There will be many sessions such as finding success in WLS, following your dreams, developing a support system, exercise and being creative, how to deal with emotional eating, what to eat and get or stay at your goal, personal affirmation development, meditation to help heal the mind, body, and spirit, line dancing, goal setting, food addiction, and much much more. The committee is meeting today to decide the final dates. The choices are the weekend of the 13th or the 20th. From the tallys we have taken it will probably be the weekend of the 20th. I will let you know this evening.
