re: just wondering
Hello Everyone:
Hope each one of you had a Merry Christmas and Have a happy, healthy, prosperous New Year. My question to you is this: I am almost 2 years, March 7th, and I don't feel like eating. Now if you asked me that in November, I would have said no, I eat everything, but now I am forcing myself to eat. Nothing seems exciting enough to eat, nothing tastes good and sometimes I go to the point that I start shaking before I eat anything and then I eat too fast. I hope this continues since I need to loose another 30 pounds or so. I know this is not good for me but was wonderinf if anyone experienced this being almost 2 years out?
Thanks and have a safe New Year
Mary
Hi Mary, as part of the two year almost club I understand. The things I used to love make me sick, eating too fast makes me sick, drinking caffeine makes me crazy, sometimes I just don't bother. My blood sugar is whacky too especially around "that time" although with perimeno that is not too often. Keeps the pounds off though! Today I realized that I do NOT have to focus on any Jenny Craig or WW ads, or even think about it- Yoo Hoo!
Happy New Year, Barb

Hi there Mary!
I'm a little over five years out and I still experience what you are going through at least three times a week. Its probably something that will go on forever. I talked to Dr. Daly about this at my last check up and he said to try and force myself to eat and to still stay on top of protein. I'm doing as he suggested, but, when it comes to the "shakes" I have to drink a tad bit of O.J. or I feel like I am going to pass out. All that is due to low sugar and I thought that I would never have that problem, but, as it looks I guess it will be on-going.
As for advice on your question, I would do what you are doing and hang in there and hopefully overtime it might pass.
Did you decide on your plastics yet?
Take care and Happy New Year to you!!
