1 year post op

Well howdy everyone, i am one year post op today, and i weigh in at....... drum roll please.. 139 pounds!!!! i am doing the happy dance!!! Went from 271 pounds to 139 in one year! I can't believe it! i am wearing a size 8/9, small/medium shirts!! I am alot happier and healthier also!! Family says i have changed for the better!! Says i have a better and more open attitude. I am just thankful that GOD granted the way for me to have this done, and that i survived it and i am healthy. Love to all Tam 271/139

Congrats that is great! I hope I do as good as you. I'm almost 2 months out and got on the scale today and was at your starting weight. Are you the one that was over the support group that was in Douglasville? If so we have talked on the phone. Again I'm so HAPPY FOR YOU. I know you are feeling good.

Sorry, no i was not over the support group in douglasville, i didn't even know there was one?? is there? which support group do you go to?

Congrats....that is wonderful...I can't even imagine how much your life has changed! Way to go!
