Early Morning TUMMY TALK!

, What is this, TUMMY TALK! I hope that it is not my NEW TUMMY. Because I'm not hungery. Does anyone else have TUMMY TALK? What do you do about it? Me I have thought about making all the carbs and cals that I can have for one day and just have very small meals all day long. ...Help! Hug's Jeannie

I have tummy talk EVERYDAY and I am a year post...............I usually have it after eating, and if you put your head on my tummy you can actually feel it too ......drives my dogs nuts, sometimes it is so loud that they go running for the door thinking it is somebody outside Not sure what it is but it can be embarrassing ,needless to say I try VERY hard not to eat in a group of strangers since I don't always want to explain myself Berta
