Cleaned out pantry for Food Bank

Hi y'all...I posted this Friday on the Main Board, but I decided to get local.... Our local Food Bank has empty shelves according to the newspaper. I had also recently noticed that my pantry was bursting at the seams. I went overboard pre-op and bought way too much canned and boxed food....Since I'm single and my BF lives over two hours away I will never be able to consume that quantity of food. Especially since my portions are so tiny and I find myself throwing food away. I packed up over four large boxes of food and took it down to the Food Bank. If you find yourself with a surplus of food and time, please help your local community. -karen-
