Aimee, you just need to be careful of all the carbs, and really watch what you are eating. Then remember that you still need to excerise for we have been given a great tool and we do not want to mess that up. Just the thought of me eating somethings that I should not eat makes my tummy turn over so I really try and stay away for all things that are bad. But I do miss a lot of things though, I can not tell a lie!
Hi Aimee
It seems very normal for the length of time you are out. Most people end up about 8oz of food or 1 cup of food. Depending on the density I eat about 8-12oz at 2 1/2 years out. Now other people could eat less. I try to stick around a certain calorie base at this point in the game. Just make sure to choose good food habits now, because the quanity can increase and you just want to make sure you are making good food choices or the bad ones will quickly add up again. I hope that makes sense. You are very close to goal weight, that's great. This is about the time I had to add in exercise to my program. Good luck to you, you are doing great.
