Hi Ladies...........I hope you all are doing GREAT! I myself am getting the hang of this.... I had surgery 8/28 wearing a tight 22 and now wear a loose 16....and tried on slacks yesterday.........size 14..........and they fit..... I am fainted.........its been TWENTY years since I have worn a 14....can you believe that. I have been upset that my scale simply isnt moving........but each time I drop a size, and Im able to go "shopping" in my daughters closet Im amazed. so that darn scale and I arent gonna meet quite as often anymore... Im going to TRY to just wait and weigh at Dr Duncans ofc for my 3 months f/u on 11/20....(I know that will never happen...I weigh about 4 times a day) Anyway just wanted to check on all of you...I cant believe I havent been on our good ole Ga Board lately....I will do better I promise. Ya know it seems eating and exercise are the key.........I force myself to drink as much as possible but have yet to me my liquid goal any day since surgery.... it does get better daily though...and my energy is already thru the roof...I feel like a different person! Take care guys!

Congrat's on your weight lose, I had my surgery back in July and I have lost 92 pounds so far. I really feel good, but I'm having problems with my gallbladder. They were unable to remove it when I had my gastric bypass because I was too large. But it is finally going to come out. Dorothy
