I am so Glad Barb my wife is home, ya know we are the best of friends and I do really miss her when she is gone. I actually feel better when she is with me, if that makes sense? This week is tough for her, she is giving up her children for the school year, her oldest son wants to live with his dad, while he is never around and rarely honors his weekends, and when I say, he is not a good dad, and I really mean it. However, her oldest thinks he is just the next best thing to sliced bread and we all think its time for a reality check. So Barb is going through a tough time as well, but I tell her how wonderful she is, and that this is by no means a reflection of her as a mother, its just something most parents go through, I personally believe he will be back before the school year is done, but if not by the time summer rolls around, he will want to be back... (Grass is always greener). I am also lucky to have good friends who post here like Brandy and give me support; it's rare to find people like that in your life. I enjoy listening to her daily life of boyfriend troubles ect and how she is going for a photo shoot, she is really refreshing sometimes, really brings my spirits up. I also love talking with a friend named Blair (yeah I know I don't have many guy friends... so PLEASE APPLY!) Blair is about the equal to "Abby" on NCIS, hardcore sweetie and honest to the bone. I have been getting creative with my food selections, more soups, and more blended things. I have been doing shakes which taste like it came from DQ, but it's chalked full of protein, I got some good recipes from other "Barries" and it's been the trick. I do need to find more soups, considering they are now my soul existence, and it counts towards my total intake of liquid, 48-60 oz a day... You wouldn't think doing 60 oz would be hard but when your tummy is 4oz its pretty tough... sometimes I think I can take in more than other times, not sure what that mystery is... I been eating instant oats, and have been doing pretty well, but today 4 spoon fulls and I was done... I weighed my self today and I broke the 350+ mark... I am 359... whoo hoo! It's crazy to think my ultimate goal now is 200... Then I am going to try to go for 180... I think once this pain is done, and I get down around 300, I am going to really pick the pace up with my work outs. I have been set back lately, due to "Sneezing" trust me, with hernia surgery, a sneeze is like a shot to the stomach, its very very painful. All you can do is endure it, and just hope you can prevent the next ones... I learned a trick, if you press your upper lip, with one finger just under your nose, you can stop a sneeze... it does not ALWAYS work but 80% of the time it does.... so if you have what I have, and you want to sneeze and don't want it, try that trick. I have not walked much lately, I am still pretty sore; I also canceled all my photo shoots for the next week... I been trying to contact some magazines, but truth is, I need to get some good outdoor shots, I need a better more fuel efficient vehicle so I can travel to beaches ect so I can do the shoots... but, oh well just add it to the list of needs.

Hey Miles...sounds like your wife is lucky to have you in such a tough time. Actually sounds like you're lucky to have each other. You're probably right about the son, he'll be back when the 'honeymoon' period is over.
