i am now ONLy overweight
i was looking at the BMI calculator and thought.. HMMM i wonder what mine is now, it is 29.3 compared to 46.3... wow what a difference, and i am only ONE pound away from my 100 pound goal!! in 7 months!!! i CAN NOT beleive it!!! 
it has NOT by no means been an easy ride for the last 7 months, but YES i would do it again. I am helping teach Vacation bible school this week, now a 100 pounds ago, i could have NEVER sit thru the heat outside like i do now, nor would i had the energy or the self esteem to help. I am so very thankful for the tool GOD has allowed me to recieve to live my life again. I love you all, and i enjoy reading your posts small and big, i may not respond to each of them, but they all touch in some way, just knowing i have friends here make a huge difference in my life.
