Hi all, I am new :)

Well I had my Surgery on July 7th, and would like to say hello to everyone. Just to sum things up real quick like. My Insurance is BC/BS, however my company has it as an exclusion, so after a year of trying to get this as a non exclusion we just financed it. I also had some hernia's repaired durring the surgery so my recovery is a bit slower than normal. I must admit I am a tad nervous and even though I have read everything I can...I suddenly feel like I don't know what to do sometimes, and take baby steps on everything and check, re-check and check again on anything I eat or take for meds. I'm an "old timer" here being 2 years and 2 months post op - also being 6 months post Tummy Tuck. Don't be afraid to ask any question you have. The only STUPID question is the one you don't ask!!! Thanks all for the support I think I will breath easier knowing I have a new Barry Family. I am new to Georgia, having moved here almost two years ago, and while it is a sad fact, being a big guy does not let me mingle much, and participate in many groups much. So I don't really have a good core of friends to call local. My wife travels a bunch, 3-4 days a week so Its pretty much me, and my job, and now my new Barry Life Plan. I really like the posts I have seen and the warmth and sincere posts, I appreciate it much, and hope I can give it back one day. I will be going to GNC sometime soon, to try out some new protein shakes I have another comment posted "Somewhere" I think on the RNY forums about my delima about them, (not digging the powder much or Myoplex) however I need to adjust. My wife and I got into a tiff about how we bought Myoplex because I "liked" it, and she is upset because now I don't (makes me gag). So, it's a learning experience for her as well, but truth be told she is the one *****ally loves the myoplex, I just never sampled much in the way of any protein shakes, so now I have a shopping list to "Sample" a few brands and compare.
