HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO RECIVER??????

OKay, I've been approved for surgery. I really want this surgery this summer before I go back to school. JUst wondering how long did it take for you guys to recover. Both lap and open. I usually bounce back quickly after surgery. Am I being unrealistic about 2 to 3 weeks recovery time. Thanks Guys Have a wonderful 4th

I'm a teacher and went back to work 3 weeks post-op. I was fine.

3 weeks for me.... And I have a two hour commute each way. I was a little tired, but fine

I work behind a desk and was allowed back after 3 weeks....I had a small open - 3" scar. I was actually begging to go back at 2 weeks but my doctor refused. Now my tummy tuck was a differnt story all together.....LOL

I had BOTH! LOL!! They did lap, and found my liver to be too big, so they opened me up. I was back at my desk job in 3 weeks. BEST OF LUCK Sue!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tami
