Smoothie recipes
my favorite smoothie recipe is kinda weird but delicious:
**one scoop VANILLA protein powder (20 g protein, 150 calories)
**one cup of milk (7 g protein, 120 calories)
**one packet of orange sunrise crystal lite "to go" (those little tubes of crystal lite that you put in a 20 oz bottle of water - the Walmart "good value" brand is best!)
**one cup of ice
blend under smooth-ie.
Because of the vanilla powder and the orange flavor it tastes like an Orange Julius! Yummo!
