Lap Band doctors in the Atlanta area

Hey there, I have a friend who is interested in the lap band. I've pointed her in the right direction regarding research. However, she is also wanting to research doctors in the Atlanta area. Can you recommend any? Thanks, Simone

Hi Smone, I do know of one Dr in Gainesville, which is just North of Atlanta. Dr Robert Richard is awesome. I hope to have WLS later this summer or fall when all the hoops are jumped through and Dr Richard will be by surgeon. Phyllis

Dear Simone, I am not a fan of the Lap Band, but I understand Dr. Christopher Hart, Dr. Dennis C Smith and Dr. Macik are doing Lap Bands. If I wanted a Lap Band, I would contact one of them.
