I am in the HOSPITAL!!!!!

Hello All: Just wanted to let you know I am in the hospital at Emory. I have had tummy pain the last couple of days and last night it got unbearable so I went to the ER. I got morphine and felt better. They did a CT scan with an withouth contrast and think the area around my stoma is swollen, but no obstruction. I am having some follow up xrays tomorrow. Kelly, I hope that you dont have what I had in April...partially blocked bowel obstruction...the pain was at my belly button site. At least now, you are getting some good meds, so that you are able to sleep. Take care and know that I am thinking about you. Norma

Get well soon Kelly... I too had pain around my belly button with my partial small bowel obstruction, but mine went from the bottom of my left ribs to my right ribs, then down to my belly button. Got fixed and feel so much better. Hope you feel better soon. Hugs, Susan

Hey Kelly, Just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you! I hope you are felling better now that you have got some pain meds. Now they can take the time to find out what the deal is.
