9 Month Check Up

I went the other day for my 9 month check up and I have lost 100 lbs!!!! I did my measurements and I have lost a total of 72.5 inches!!!!! Thats over 6 feet!!!!!!! I still cant believe it! I feel like such a new person. I am so thrilled and my husband and children are very proud of me! I am proud of myself! I do have alot more energy and just feel wonderful!!! Still got some more to go, but I am on my way there!!!!!! WhhooohhhooooO! (((Doing the happy dance))) Just wanted to share the news Love ya! Kimberly

Congrats Kimberly!!!! A little OT here, but how are things since your hubby got home??? How surprised was he with your progress??? I bet he was utterly dumbfounded... cause you look great. You may have already posted my answers earlier, but I musta missed it. Hugs, Susan

He was shocked. I stopped sending him pictures a couple of months before he came home. He said that if I hadnt sent some before and hadn't had the kids with me, he would not of recognized me! He swears I look like I did when I was in high school, just a little bit more mature (nicer way of saying I look old, lol JK) He is happy, I am happy, we are all happy! LOL Hugs, Kimberly

I am so excited for you. You are a brave woman to do all this while your husband is deployed. My husband is stationed at Ft. Benning, GA....he has been a drill instructor for three years and now he is an instructor at Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC) its a new program...So, needless to say, we have been blessed and he hasn't had to go overseas. BUT enough about me...CONGRATULATIONS.....and I am glad your husband made it back safe and sound. See you on the happy and healthy side, Lea Lewis

It was hard and I was going to postpone it till he came back from Iraq. But he insisted that I go on through with it. I am glad I did. Now that he is back home, we are having a blast. Tomorrow is our wedding anniversary and we are heading to Savannah for the weekend! Hugs! Kimberly
