Susan Bertrand in hospital

Hi All, Susan Bertrand has been having some pain ever since she got out of the hospital last month. She will be going in this morning, and is scheduled for a surgery this morning at 10:30. I will be talking to her again this morning, and as I have more info, I'll get back to you.... Please keep Susan in your prayers.... Tami

I remember her saying she was in the hospital before but can't remember what for. What kind of surgery is she going in for? Tell her that I am thinking of her and she is in my thoughts and prayers for a safe surgery and recovery. Melissa

OMG, my heart goes out to her, that is not good. Was she having constipation problems? I was/am and I had my PCP to put me on mirilax to help and let me tell you it has help, I go atleast once a day, if not every other day which is something I have not done since Surgery. Dr. Duncan wouldn't put me on mirilax saying "I needed to do it the "natural" way" well I did, it didn't work, and my PCP told me that mirilax is safe so he put me on it. I am sooooooo thinking and praying for her. Melissa

Hi Barb, She apparently has a bowel obstruction, and for some reason the hemotoma on her kidney(?) is back. They are going in to try and get everything back in working order. I should talk to her mom later today, I'll keep you guys posted.... I'll send your well wishes...

oh, Tami...I hope she is out the surgery safe and sound by now these kind of things do, unfortunately happen, but I hope Susan is back to being healthy soon. Send her my warmest wishes. hugs, Rita
